Hi evryone,
I have a weird idea that should be easy to accomplish, since Ive already seen it work... I tried a cheap Korg pedalboard once that hosted a "strat" preset, giving the effect of a nice clean strat even though I played it with my humbucker Firebird. I dont think this could be hard to get with a simple booster, whether transistor, fet or opamp based. I get a Tele sort of tone with a Screaming tree but its all shimmer and no boom. Pretty close though, I think it is possible...
If you know of a similar fx or wish to make any suggestions, thanx in advance. Just let me know!

Sounds like you need to notch out the midrange some - have you tried the Craig Anderton passive tone control?
