came back from the doctor today, i am attempting to get on dissabliity so anyway i ask my doctor to kind of give me an idea of the exact disks i have damaged over the years  and she circles this on this take home chart.   kind of humerous to see how much damage i have done to this body over the years and that i am getting better very slowly, but i still find it amazing i cand put my guitar acroos my back let alone get out my amplifier from the car..

All i can say is thank GOD, and all the people here and there who have supported me with kind words, donations. and prayer..

SO i guess in a nutshell.

also have been workgin on a few things.. modifications of new circiuts. so those whould be up soon.
