I found these plugs on mouser:

http://www.mouser.com/index.cfm?handler=displayproduct&lstdispproductid=369176&e_categoryid=329&e_pcodeid=56806

At $1.27 per plug, its the best price I've found for a "famous" brand of plug.

Is this too good to be true? I can't find these plugs on the neutrik website
proper, should I be leery of ordering a bunch of these? According to the
mouser catalog, they are a direct replacement for the switchcraft 280, which
cost more than twice as much.

Anybody ever see/try/use these plugs?

I'm curious about where to get good prices on Switchcraft plugs also.  I need to make some cables!

This guy sells em' all the time. Comes out to $1.65 apiece if you win with no other bidders.

Mouser doesnt have the data sheets on the Neutrik jacks, I'd like to see them.

I've used them...got em at a blow out price from have inc for about $.50 a piece several months ago.  I LOVE these plugs.  I really like using switchcraft 280s but the neutriks are just a little thinner in diameter (and this may sound really stupid) they fit my hand better.  I use them mostly for patch cables for my synth though.  Also thinner outer diameter means tougher to solder, especially TRS plugs using multiconductor cable...

You can get them from Part Express at $1.25. Its only 2 cent difference. But check it out anyways.

$.97 for 100, you can't beat that. We recently covered cable on another thread. Who's got a good price on Switchcraft #11 & #12B jacks?
