First off, what does R mean, as in 100R (i guess 100 Ohms)? Next off what voltage can i use for capacitors, and what wattage for resistors. Finally, it says C3 is offboard and not shown, and in the older chematic above, it is the output cap. Is is on the output still :?

I know this is a lot, but if someone could help me it would be very much apreciated. THANKS!!!

I would use at least 50v+ caps, [the schematic says 40v supply, good to be on the safe side there], and 1/2 watt resistors.
