well i was told to buy a DI pedal since i don't like the sound of my electroacoustic guitar straight to the PA.i don't have enough money to buy  one so it will be a good idea to build one.
Anyone have a schem for an acoustic DI pedal?(everybody sais the tech 21 sansamp acoustic di is the best)

While you save the $100 a Jensen Transformer will cost  :shock:
I think what you want is one of those $20 little dano EQ pedals.
Spend some time with the PA eq set flat and work with it until it sounds good.

Hi.  Dick Smith Electronics in Oz sell a kit for about US$25 that is an active DI box.  bass, mid, treble, earth lift, quality stuff.  In a painted metal box.  check www.dse.com.au if you are interested.  I built one for a friend in about 4 hours.  Postage (eco air) to the states would be about $10-15.

The project is described in Silicon Chip magazine, which larger city libraries should have.
