With a sales pitch like that you should be able to get it pretty cheap!  Stick a mains jack in there (seems to be the main issue).  Can't be that bad...can it?

Perversely, I'd be MORE willing to bid on an auction described in such a manner! :)

Anderton designed the "Funk Machine" for them, so they can't be all that bad.

Given that such pedals started to emerge at the dawn of modern effects in the mid-70's, the claims of the manufacturer, and expectations of the user, would have been well in excess of what it could actually do, and certainly a great disappointment to anyone who used the technology of the past 20 years, and especially the past 5.

I draw everyone's collective attention to the fact that when Edison was touring county fairs with his wax cylinder recorder, the press was commenting that it was impossible to tell the wax recording of the voice apart from the original because it sounded so lifelike.  Of course 60 years later we were saying that it was impossible to tell Memorex tape apart from Ella Fitzgerald, and now we turn our noses up at tape.  Were the instructions written this year, or even 10 years ago, I think they would have been more modest.

Could be a decent pedal, although from the sounds of it there is a clear need to drill a hole for a DC jack.

That's one of the funniest item descriptions I've read in a long time!  :)

If you have Anderton's EPFM book you'll notice he built the Tube Sound Fuzz project in one of those Seamoon Phaser boxes.

....unfortunately, Indonesia is one country notorious for credit card email fraud. Unfortunate, because there are some great guys who are  fx builders there as well!
