First a pic of my english channel.



Sorry it's a little blurry.  I painted the box white, made the decals with ink jet sticker paper, applied the decals, clear coat on top.  If I showed you the inside, you'd be less impressed.

Next is the juicy part.  I have this cheesy Ibanez fuzz pedal (FX7) that has always sounded ok to my ears.  I thought I'd take a look inside and was surprised to see that it looks to my relatively untrained eye like two tube screamers back to back.  It occured to me that some of the smarter guys here might be able to dream up some cool mods for this guy (like what we were talking about with the double muff fuzz).  Any ideas?







I searched and couldn't find any posts about this pedal, so I thought I'd post it and see what you guys thought.

It's not the FX7, it's the FZ7.  sorry.

I have one of this too. If there are cool mods for it, I love to see them too.

Can you see [clipping] diodes like a TS in there?

Yes, it looks like there are diodes.  They are in the top right hand of this more complete picture of the circuit board.  Sorry for the incomplete pic before.
