A circuit to aid my amps's effects loop?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if you could help me with this problem...

I own a marshall mode 4 and i use it in conjunction with the effects loop which contains various pedals that are both true bypass and not.

I also use a fuzz factory that goes directly from my guitar to my amp...

On the mode 4 is an effects loop level knob that will increase/decrease the volume of the pedals in the effects loop to their relevant volumes...

I like the effects in the loop to be at the level they would if they were in the primary chain which invlolves turning th knob to max.

However when I increase the effects loop level, my fuzz factory looses both a little volume and tone...

I was wondering if there was something that I could place in my effects loop to prevent it from doing this?

Thanks

John

build a modified boost pedal, ie; make an active volume control with some gain. Then, use that to boost the level coming out of the effects loop.
