Does anyone know of an effect that drives an LPF with an LFO?

Maybe with a peak to add resonance like some Wahs.

Like the modulated Cut off and Resonce on some analog  synths.

Have a look at the Phozer, it might be something like what you're after.

Drive an OTA state variable filter with a LFO.  Can't think of any guitar schematics off hand, but it's not difficult to do.
