is there a circuit one can build that would be close to what's going on in this pedal, Twin LFO's and Reverseing switch, this pedal is 1 i've alway's wanted but just never could afford.

You could build the twin LFO trem such as that one quite easily by just putting 2 trem circuits in one box (that's all it is, right?).  The 4ms tremulus panneur actually could pull off all of those mods and then some, and well, too.
