Cool. Here is a page about the Tek 454, written by someone who used to work for Tektronix:

As was mentioned, manuals on CD are available via ebay. I remember seeing lots of those for the 453. I'm sure they are probably available for the 454 as well.

BTW, are you sure it works? A lot of people that list these things say in their description "it lights up, but I don't know how to use it", meaning the backlight for the CRT lights up, but the CRT may well be dead, or the HV transformer for the CRT might be DOA...

Paul, the guy bought it from a small company that went out of business,
He was after the PC's and office Equipment, when he bought the stuff they demo'ed the stuff for him, he said the guy showed him it worked even though he did not understand a thing they said about it, at least he was honest in that respect, I bought it to restore and to learn how to calibrate, I know that's a lot to bite into but, I got nuttin but time to do,
I was able to download a service manual off of a mirrow site even though Boatanchor is gone.

Well, hopefully it works.  8)
Calibrating the 453 is quite a task. Something like 100 steps, IIRC.
The 454 is probably a similar situation....
