hi

i was wondering in the technology of wah pedals and other assorted wah schematics the inductors value is listed as around 500mH.would that be the same as 500uH? gut feeling says no, but hopefully one of you guys will be able to set me straight.

No.  You will be out by a factor of 1/1000.

oohhh its BIGGER than 500uH. i get it. so 500mH is the same as 500,000uH.
