That's not  a bad idea, but I think the purple peaker would do best after a distortion.

These no-knobber pedals are very cool

R.I.P Dan Armstrong.....I loved em little colored boxes (I owned an actual Green Ringer, Purple Peaker, Red Ranger, Blue Clipper, and Orange Squeezer!). I personally prefer...both!. I use the Red Ranger on Treble, and the Purple Peaker on hi along with my amps distortion, a wah pedal, a univibe and my volume control to get that exact hendrix @ woodstock sound...it's gotta be good for something!  8)

Cheers,

Nish

That's really cool.

In a couple of weeks that complete list will be available at tonepad!

I haven't started the blue clipper, but it's a very simple circuit.

All of them are going to be 2.2"x1" pcbs so you can stuff a few in small enclosures.

just use 4 jacks...2 ins, 2 outs....that way you can use them at seperate parts of the chain, but have the convenience of a single box....or you could just connect the out from one to the in from another and use em in series....

just a thought....

better yet: use normally closed jacks and that way they will be connected in series unless you plug other pedals in between.

if you only had these 5 boxes, what would be the 'best' (or most traditional) way of connecting them inseries?
