The gear is designed for a pot with a larger shaft. This larger shaft also has a flat side on it, and a C clip, its what comes in Vox 847's...in fact it did...
 I stille have the scritchy pot and gear but I need 1 meg not 100k...

This was supposed to go in 1meg for wha post...putting a Small Stone in a wah shell with treadle for speed control...

did you try what i suggested..  it would probalyy be easier to jsut make a mold for it and cast a new one without a hole
