Rotary encoder type!!

Hello,

I'm new here.  I'm trying to find the part number for a rotary encoder that is used on the Behringer  Bass V-amp pro.  it is the one that is used for the effect selection.  Top right hand side.  I've desoldered the broken one that did only work if you pulled the knob toward you. There are no indications on it except for  alps and  4 hc stamped in the metal.

Does anybody here know which encoder to order?

Hello and welcome!

Have you tried looking up Behringer replacement parts directly? Otherwise you could look up different Alps push/pull rotary encoders. Or use search filters through electronics suppliers like Mouser to match PPR/shaft size/etc and find an adequate replacement.
