I've built 3 of these. One a long time ago before I'd done many pedals, I've since built a dozen asst. First one works like a charm. Wonderful. #2 nothing. Power to the LED but NO sound, I mean not a peep. #3 nothing. Power to the LED but NO sound, I mean not a peep again.

Double check your switching?

Are you sure your ic's are good? There are fake CA3080's out there if you are using that version

As already mentioned, there are a few pieces of information you could give us that might help narrow down the problem. It looks like Aion has two different versions of the Aurora, one using a CA3080, and one using an LM13700. Which are you building?
