Manufacturing PCBs is very affordable these days, even for amateurs. I've made dozens!

I've been using PCBWay.com. The cost is $5 for 10 double sided boards up to 100mm. This perfect for building pedals. 10 boards is usually more than I need but it costs the same to buy 5 so I always get 1K and share them.

Shipping is $25 but that's still $3 per board. They gang shipping so I try t get multiple orders at once. If I order 6 designs I get 60 boards for $60 that's $1 per board. Of course I end up with a lot of spares.
