Aion Straylight in a 1590BB2?

I see in the documentation that it states that a 1590BB2 is about 4mm too short to accommodate the light shield. Also, there are a few electro caps on the stomp PCB that are too tall.

Obviously the caps on the stomp PCB can be bent over but was curious if you omit the light shield once biasing, would it be possible to fit into a 1590BB2? I like to get my enclosures and UV printing from Tayda and they dont offer the 1590BBS

was more just curious if anyone has done it and what they did
