I've played a bunch, and my bass player has one.

They're okay. Kind of klunky and cheap feeling. They seem to be about novelty more than anything else. Not bad if you really like the look, but the sound never really impressed me.

they where the creation of Trevor Wilkinsson, and sat in the same pricebracket as Epiphone guitars. I kind of liked their Humbuckers wich had a rather fat but still low output and they did look cool...unfortuanatly the woods used in the necks had a strange softness so you could use them as wammybars (! )...still, they look cool, use quallity parts (Wilkinsson bridges, tuners and pickups.. ), has a sound of their own and dont cost much if you see them used...

yeah, they kind of have a really nice look to them and
i figured it would be a cool guitar to have for a different type of
tone.  right now i have a tele, a strat and a 67 fender coronado
hollow body guitar.  i just wanted to add something different to
my tonal pallette.
