ac30sim speaker simulator

what do you think of the ac30sim's speakersimulator?
I am looking for a speaker sim for general use and this one looks quite simple. does sound anywhere near a 2x12 cab?

I think last I looked Stephan Möller has maybe made some commercial deal with his design, so he is not able to give information about his design any more. But I really dunno... Wish him best luck, awesome project if it works...

Yes, I think you are right, Stephan may pulled the schematic from public usage. I made one and it does sound good. It was apretty tough build though. Sorry, I can't divulge the schematic in respect of Stephan's privacy.

Is this the cab sim that the creator wanted folks to sign a thing stating the would only make on for themselves and such?
I was really interested in that when it came around but knew my skills weren't even close.
However now I would like to try....if this isn't that one does anyone remeber which one it was?
Or do any of the other cab sims have a layout already?

I signed Stephans NDA and have the schematic... Bill I *think* I remember you saying that it sounded excellent through a cabinet, I was curious as to what you thought of the speaker simulator.

I think it might have been R.G. that raved about the it through a cabinet.(he did a little tweaking on my unit). I've only played it thru my megshift stereo amp and weird speaker setup.
