Just finished putting the LPB together and I'm getting fuzz at all volume levels.  It goes away when I turn the guitar volume down a notch or two, so I guess my pickups are just a little to hot (Gibson SG).  What do you guys recommend to help feed the unit a better signal?  Is it the input capacitor that controls this?

use a trim opt on the emitter resistor it will help it clean up.

Did you mean on the emitter of the transistor?  About what size?  I'm assuming something small, maybe 500 ohm?

1k  is fine.  to replace the emitter resistor,  500 ohm if you wish to add it to the resistor all ready there

The emitter resistor is the resistor between the emitter and ground ;)
I don't like Holland. Nobody has the transistors I want.

However if you like that Fuzz try another booster in front or behind that one...with a pot between them and at the end er what...mess with some values there...can get cool OD tones from two little Boosterz
