Very OT- Books / & Mark hammer

Anyone familiar with books by Kevin O'connor. They are named the Ultimate tone and Tons of tone etc.
Can anyone suggest any books that are about amplifier building and mods with layouts etc??

BTW- how do I get to the ampage forum?? I tried to go there but couldn;'t find the forum to ask questions??
I saw a little side bar with a couple things from Joe gagan etc. but no forum to speak of.
