Anyone selling PCB's?

It's really a ridiculously easy build on perfboard.  Unless you have a really strong aversion to perf for some reason, it probably won't take you longer (or more space) to put it on perfboard than to populate a PCB.

While you're at it, the gain pot in the first stage can be anything from 100k to 1M.  The pot value really only sets the minimum gain.  Dropping the minimum gain down to 11 (with a 100k pot) is probably fine, and unless you have a super-hot input signal, being able to drop gain down to 1 doesn't really buy you much of any use.

The 100k feedback resistor in the second stage can be 220k (with a cap reduction from 220pf to 150pf), and the 390pf cap in the tone network can be profitably change to 470pf or even 680pf for more midrange.

The tone network is great but eats up a lot of signal.  Increasing the value of the 390pf cap yield a little more midrange bite in the treble setting, and volume because of that.  The increased gain in the second stage, in combination with the tone cap change will get you more output overall from the pedal.  It's somewhat louder than bypass normally, but squeezing more output from it with these changes gives you more freedom to tinker with gain control settings without having to suffer for it in terms of level.

I'm still impressed with how many different "flavours" it provides for so few parts and such bonehead design principles.  Essentially, it's an SD-1 driving a Marshall Bluesbreaker.

I'm sure that's true, if I could see better.  I'm just being lazy.

The SD-1 into a BB I might add a Distortion + in between 8)

I designed a PCB for the original version, if you're interested.
