Taking a four stage phazers phazing sections, say  from the EZ Vibe [couse I really like the EZ VIbe] and substituting the LED driving LFO section for the blinking LED circuit [or multiple blinkers per LDR].
Having the slowness of LDR response coupled with the higher variances of light that could be created by having two LEDs blinking at different rates,  and intensities for each LDR [by tacking different LED resistors on, abd using many 555 timer/LED ckts.
how many LED's can one 555 ckt cause to have sufficient brightness to 'activate' an LDR?
Would running many 555 ckts on one separate PS [from the Phaze sections] cause problems?
Anyone interested enough in this idea to give it a shot with me?
I forsee the possibility of some wild Vibe and Phaze sounds possible from already wonderful Phaze ckt's by splicing in a light show on the LDR's...or would this just cancel the notches or something?

What could possibly go wrong with such a well thought out Plan.
I think maybe I'll build me up some phaze stages, and try a couple dual ganged pots instead of the LDR's, and have A Footpedal Phazer...
Dont' get me wrong ... I like the updownupdown of common phazers, I just want to taste something different and see what I think.
Of course it WOULD be easier to get an idea if this Is in fact an 'idea' by asking if anyone else knows about such an idea...having been tried...theoretical devalueing of it...???
