Help PLEASE!

Hello all.
I just finished putting together the omnidrive project off the GEO site, and I can not get the thing to work.  I'm pretty sure I have all the components in right.  The first time I powered it up I was getting a high pitched whine, and I could hear a small amount of guitar signal going through to the amp, but now there is none.  
Any help would be great!

You're not the first one.  Check the DIY FAQ and GEO FAQ above, in addition to my response to the "Why do none of my FX work" thread below.  Cumulatively, we have likely built several thousand pedals here.  You can trust the various FAQ documents and comments to have a reasonably good accounting of what stands between you and a functioning pedal.
