OD-3 pics

Just wanted to let you know.

Before you start modifying a pedal, take pictures of it if you can...

I took the OD-3 pcb out of its box, and when I began to move the pcb around 2 or 3 times (ok, it could be 5 or 6 times...), a couple of wires broke right at the solder at the jacks. Not easy to know where they are going when you don't see any bit of wire, or so little

Ok, I already found where they were going by looking at a few BOSS schematics I have before I remembered about the pictures. But it was nice to have to double-check what I have done.

Btw, when I did a few tests with the foot-switch disconnected (the pcb was then in another box  :wink:  with no foot-switch),  the effect was always ON, so no modification was needed to keep it ON all thre time.
