I got the Centech 7 function DMM for $2.99 at Harbor Freight, but I can seem to understand any of the numbers it's giving me.  It's almost like a random number generator.  Anyone else buy this?
It's people like us who contribute to dead fx pedals selling on eBay for what they'd cost new!
