Was curious about this difference between the GGG Blues Breaker Schematic:

The *sum* seems to be the same, so what would be the reason for the GGG version?

Thanks

Check this schematic, you'll see why.

It permited to mute the signal in the original circuit.

I think that GGG has the schem that is closer to the original for the way the unit is bypassed originally.
Tonepad goes DPDT true bypass, thus tey can alter cirquit. I'm pretty shure it will not create a major difference.

Tonepad has basically consolidated the values of the 2 resistors into one and the 2 caps into one.  This should work fine.  I chose to keep it like the original, just in case there was some "mojo" happening with that string of components (I doubt it)  but also it will accomodate the original switching wiring if some builders want to do that, the layout has a pad for an off-board wire there for that purpose.
