Ts808 has got me stumped(abnormal volts on pins 5,6,7)

I've been fighting with this thing for a while, it sounds good but doesn't boost with the volume maxed, it's actually somewhat louder when bypassed.  The only thing I have different than Tonepads layout is since I had no 20k pot I put in a 50k pot w/ a 20k resistor across lugs 1 and 3.
Most of my voltages seem in a decent range except for pins 5,6 and 7 are a bit high.
5=5.85v
6=5.85v
7=7.22v :shock:

I can't find any wrong parts or bridged solder connections.  I also tried swapping out the opamp.  If someone could point out some possibilities for the problem I'd really appreciate it.

Problem solved!  I tried still yet another op-amp an the thing nearly blasted me out my chair.  The voltages are looking good too.  I guess  there can be pitfalls to using parts from junked electronics.
