can anybody point me in the direction of a wall wart suitable for the Neovibe as well as a jack for it?  Much appreciated

I use the Dunlop ecb-24 power adaptor, I believe.  It's 18V which is needed for the Neovibe.  For the jack, use an insulated jack otherwise you'll get sparks like I did.
