What to do with an empty CryBaby pedal?

Any useful ideas what I could do with the empty wah? I used it as a vol pedal for a while, but came to the conclusion that I don't need one. I was also thinking I could move my univibed phase45 to that enclosure... but I'm not sure if that's a good idea, as you wreck the speed setting each time you push the bypass. Now I'm wondering what else I could do with that pedal... somehow it's too good to sit on the shelf and rust  8).

Any useful suggestions?

omg! everything. what couldnt you do. you could control a tremelo rate (a la rotovibe-y), delay feedback, reverb depth.....

ESPm2M

you could ship the enclosure to me!

seriously. an empty wah enclosure is probably the single most sought after piece of hardware ever.

Yeah, that's a good one to have lying around. Small Bear has Fasel indctors and some other parts to make a pretty serious wah-pedal. Also, check out Fuzz Central's wah page.

nooneknows

I put a EA tremolo inside an old ugly sounding wah and I find it very useful to control the rate.

I have one also, and I'm going to cram a Flanger in it using the pedal for manual sweep.

If you could find the schematic for Anderton's "Super Tone Control" from the first EPFM...THAT is a serious wah. It has "Q" control, high-pass, band-pass, low-pass filters that can be individually switched. If you add the high and low together, you get a notch filter. As I recall, I built it in an organ "expression" pedal. I even remember it rolling through 4 or 5 octaves(?) of filter sweep. Lost it moving from Oklahoma to Virginia.

Be glad to take that carcass off of your hand for another try at it

Take care,

thanks for the suggestions guys.

I'm not really into building a wah, as I'm (probably the only person on the whole planet that is) quite satisfied with my CryBaby.

For now I've turned it into an expression pedal for my Phase 45. My Phase 45 already has two footswitch-selectable speed settings, now it also has an exp pedal  8) . The univibed Phase 45 is a VERY cool pedal btw...
