for all the R.O.G. emu-builds that i've tried
i have to say one thing...
great
the only thing that i should mention is the gain pot
when set to zero there is no sound at all...
if you turn it clockwise just a little, lets say at 1 ,there is medium gain and if you turn it all over to 10 you 'll notice small increase in gain.you cannot tweak a sound for less gain like in the amps simulated...
for example 1-4 some gain,5-7 medium gain,8-10 lots of gain
i'm using audio taper pots as showed in each schem...does anyone have a clue how to solve that
should i use linear pots?will it make a difference?

You should use audio taper pots. These have usually an "A" after the value.

If you wire it with the ends swapped, the taper plays against you, but this is also noticed because the pot works in the opposite direction, i.e. if volume/gain increases moving counter-clockwise, then you need to swap the connections to the outer pins.

In order to make sure you have a suitable audio taper, you can check with a DMM. First, verify the total resistance across the outer pins (lets say you have 100kohms).  Second, put the wiper in the center (50% rotation) and measure resistance between the central pin and each of the outer pins.  An audio pot should read 10kohms on one side and 90kohms on the other, for a total of 100k.  A linear pot reads practically 50kohms on both sides.  There are some "in-between" audio taper pots that read something like 30k and 70k on each side, respectively.  This kind of taper will give you poor control over volume/gain.

Hope this helps.

put in a series R (5% of the pot-value) "south" of the pot, to get a little bit of volume @ zero setting...
