IIRC, and if its the same as Ricky Vance's. I built this one a while back.
 I let my brother have this one...
 Very good one, sounds more synthy and better behaved than the GE one...less tweeky. Pretty certain I used a trimpot for Q3.

Are you refering to the 'Toneburner'(a 3-knob TB type fuzz by Tobias Karlsson), or the 'Tonebender Mk II NPN Si'(my little variation)?
My circuit is very fuzzy, and easy to get going.

Thanks Doug- I really like that one! Tonights build i think. I still really like your Highway 89-Lotsa damned pots but sounds awsome!

Doug's is best. I just reversed the caps and added a bias circuit to the Mk II for mine.
