It's water decal over black rugged paint.

Really? It's usually more transparent when I try it over paint. How is yours so opaque?

Just a Bazz Fuss, switchable input cap (10uf or 56n) and 3 1n914 diodes in line. Housed in the lid of a kitchen canister. Haven't figured out a back yet...shouldn't be too hard.

I prefer the black lorlin UK brand - get these from Banzai
The lorlin has a stronger "click" and feel more robust.

But each seems to work fine
