And I can't verify it unless someone makes me a PCB and even then, think i'm outta a few parts for now.

i'll make ya one, seeing as you didnt get anything for xmas..as a present ok.. :icon_wink:

itll give you time to get the bits....btw what size trimmers will it need?...
;D Thankk youuu  ;)

Yeah that's true, for the inline trimmers, i'd use the cermet ones at the bottom of this page - http://www.bitsbox.co.uk/resistors/presets.html
or http://www.doctortweek.co.uk/shop/catalog/browse?shop_param=shop_overview_pager%3D2%26cid%3D34%26

For the Tone Knob Trimmer, Me personally i'm gunna stick fixed resistors in its place but you need one of those Square Horizontal type or the type futurlec stock - http://www.futurlec.com/PotTrim.shtml

I could and might alter the layout to allow for other trims though... if there's space.

Edit: Futurlec Stock Both Kinds needed http://www.futurlec.com/PotRect.shtml

i cant make my pcb's till 5th/6thjanuary till my secretary (girlfriend) gets off her backside and goes back to work..where a lazer printer awaits her return... :icon_wink:
Almost same as me. I don't own a (imma firin mah) lazer printer, so my dad prints pcb at work, but now he's on vacation.

deadastronaut

yeah id go with the bitbox multiturns i think...

id have a full size pot for the tone too....just for instant tweakability....

@mefficio..yeah id love my own lazer printer....but when someone can do it for you for nothing....great!.. :icon_mrgreen:

hi guys, i ripped meffcio's nice pdf...very smooth and detailed graphic and duplicated it on A4...ready to print at 100%

@meffcio, how did you get scruffies pcb layout to cleanup that good?..very sharp...are you using inkscape?..

edit: removed, the pcb was too large......i'll try again. :icon_rolleyes:

No, I don't, it's even more simple than you think ;)
He made the layout in ExpressPCB, so I 'printed' it to PDF using ExpressPCB + PDFCreator from http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator
The same way works for most of the software, excluding DIY Layout Creator. (shame...)

Sweet! I'll use this in future, does it just come out correctly sized then?

It should, if you click adobe reader or other software to print without scaling.
