What pedal would YOU most like to see a project for?

If it hasn't been done somewhere yet, I imagine the Envelope follower, gate/trigger extractor from the first issue of DEVICE ( http://ampage.org/hammer/files/Device1-1.PDF ) would make a number of people happy.  There had been some vigorous discussion about a "generic" envelope follower in recent months.  To me that says there is clear interest in having some sort of standalone unit that would allow people to interface with synth modules and such.

What about the Craig Anderton Evelope follower is not worth it? I haven't built it but is there anything lacking with it?

What about a JFET version of the tonebone hotbritish. I really hate the huge pedal, and the starved plated tube thing, but its eq is really great, especially the hot british, with its scooped/fat modes, and a mid boost and a bright/dark. I often use the pedal in Fat and Mid boost, and its huge sounding. I might actually prefer my other stompboxes I have built, but always go back to the tonebone for the eq options. And I don't want to have to use a separate EQ box.

Or maybe someone could just develop that EQ as something, so I could stick it into my BSIAB or Thunderchief.

I'd like to see the Danelectro Daddy-O and Wasabi Distortions.

I can't find schematics for them.

I apologise. There are ofcourse original designs.

I am looking for ideas for a pedal project that will be put up on toppiccione.

No apology necessary. I just want people to understand GGG has more than just clones.

What is "toppiccione"?

I don't get this thread. Are you looking for layouts of existing schems? Current production pedals to clone?

Ideas for new things to develop? (No, no... That can't be it...)

It seems to be the continuation of a vintage christmas thread that ranges among the top ten in the views statistics (http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=16095.0), that turned into a new year`s eve thread (http://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1123219), in order to provide an easter surprise (http://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1145501).

It seems less complicated than the EHX.
By the time, does anyone have a schem for the guitar synth made by EMS, the Synthi Hi-Fli?

I've been interested in cloning the EH deluxe octave multiplexer since I read an interview with the designer, he seemed very proud of the fundamental extractor in it, and how it avoided warbling on the octaves.   They're so rare they aren't even that expensive, cuz no one knows anything about it.  Did you ever get a chance to take a peak at your friends?  You had mentioned something about that a while ago...

The power supply could be modernized to avoid the obsolete voltage regulator that gives the + and - 12v, I'm sure.  Maybe it could even use a charge pump to work off 9v, if the rest of the circuit would be happy with + and - 9v.  That would be hot.

Nice work on the other deluxe EH stuff you've posted here, by the way.

That is the same fundamental extractor that was used in the EH Guitar synthesiser used to drive the 3 tracking VCOs.

Can the 4739 and the 4136 be replaced with more common dual and quad opamps?

(that you wasted your time to put that together)

I see nothing wrong with any of the above.

I put alot of time into this.

I would like a schematic or project file for R.G.'s brain.

I want to build one, and plug it into my own.

I have a feeling to get a similar schematic takes decades of learning. Not sure if production experience factors into it though. The jury is out on that one.

If his talk of mother nature at the end of the assembly line is anything to go by, I believe that R.G has the experience "in spades".

I for one appreciate his objective scientific descartes based approach to the boutique/audiophile market refreshing.

If only it was the dominant/most profitable ideology.

How about a Noise Custom Guitar Systems Dirt Box , the one with about 11! outputs and routing or something similar. That way I could link all my pedals up into one system!
