Sunrise SB-1 Schematic?

My brother has a Sunrise pickup system in his guitar.  He had two SB-1 preamps - one which was working properly, and a second that started to break.  When the first one started to go, he bought the second.  Unfortunately, the working SB-1 (along with one of my homemade pedals and a week old guitar) were stolen out of his trunk.  He now needs a working SB-1, which sells for about $150.  I opened it up and I honestly don't see why it's worth $150 - doesn't appear to be a lot going on at all, just some jacks and a small PCB - but in all fairness, some of the circuit/components were covered so I could be wrong.  The fact of the matter is that he can't afford a third one, so he has asked me to fix it.

I'd like to repair his first one and a proper schematic would go a long way in allowing me to do that.   Does anyone have a copy of this?
