What exactly are Photosensitized boards and are they OK to use for effects building??
What is DFD type developer??

This type of board is coated with a photo resist. Typically, you print your pattern in black on a clear transparency film (as a positive of the image), and expose the board through this mask in a photographic contact printer or similar jig. Then you "develop" the board in an alkaline solution to remove the exposed resist, and then etch as usual in Ferric Chloride.

If you do it right, the photo process produces very fine line widths accurately. But there are some disadvantages to it: Especially, you really need perfect contact between the positive and the board, or you get scuzzy traces.
