Dunlop Univibe adaptor

just got one off ebay without an adaptor....can anyone tell me if the 18 volts output is DC or AC?center positive or negative?I may have an adaptor for my flanger that may work,but I'm not sure....just trying to get back to the world of the living after a long bout with this diabetes crap....thanks!....dr.....

It's 18 VDC, I have the box right in front of me.  It's the ECB004 right?

I'm not sure how to read the tip/sleeve markings, but it has the + on the left, and connects to the half circle that is 'eating' the dot that the - on the right.
