this pisses me off that i abandoned my idea for this some time ago.  everyone kept telling me that this wouldn't work that it would eat batteries. the signal to noise ratio would never fly..   this is the perfect reason why i don't hardly listen to nay sayers

update. here.   it diddnt' get all of my original post and nor did i see this until recently..  i want to congratulate you on your buisiness.

bobbletrox

Watch the video demo for that last pedal...it's a pretty cool idea.

Leftrights

That does seem like one good idea.  (little to pricey though... time to DIY)

bobbletrox

I agree on the price thing

Peter Snowberg

Cool stuff. 8) I wish them the best!

Excellenet ideas and excellent craftsmanship!  Ed obviously put a lot of time and effort into his designs and construction.  I hope he goes far!

Thanks for the comments,

Ed obviously put a lot of work into doing this right: from hiring a pro to do his web site to the cool looking boxes (are those cool looking enclosures or what?). I think the videos in addition to the sound clips are a nice touch too.

I'll admit when I first browsed over the VFM I was a little confused. After reading through it though I was amazed. He is using some unique ideas and is positioning himself for more of a "niche" market (a smart thing to do IMO- do we really need yet another tweaked TS or Fuzz Face?) and will maybe even create one of his own.

I wish him all success.

Good luck Ed, impressive work! I wish you the best.

Good Luck Ed!!!!!!!

Fantastic!

But Ed,..... uh did you really have to use a Fender Blender!!!!!!!??

Ed Rembold

Aron,
There is still much work to do on the samples,
But the Fender Blender,  what can I say,  there is alot of mojo in that box.

Mike Nichting

Very nice~!!

I really dig the enclosures.
I'm sure you will do very well. I suspect you clientel will be of the "famous" crowd.

When you do something well you can afford to charge what you want~!!

All the best~!!!

Really?  :D

Let me ask everyone this, before the "Fender Blender" became popular as a "gotta have" item.....

Did anyone really want one?

I mean, I had mine since it was on the music shelf - well, I traded mine, but I have another.

Everytime I played it, people told me to turn it off  :D

ed, troubledvaiance.com gives you a very hefty 2 thumbs up, i'll drink to that :D

I never understood what all the hooha was over the Fender Blender. At the same time, I think it makes a great dramatic demonstration of Ed's crossfade pedal. Its an effective way of showing how you can use his pedal to blend two extremely different sounds.

That's what really impressed me. That and I think his pedals look really cool!!!

idlefaction

that trem has me stumped - it has a seperate LFO indicator LED for the two seperate speeds, but it lets you ramp between them?

has it got three LFOs in it, two just for the lights and another that actually does the AM?
